Chief of Staff
Ms. Eizenstat is the Chief of Staff at MSA Security, where she provides counsel and assists the CEO in meeting strategic goals and achieving optimal corporate growth. Previously, she was the Director, MSA Intelligence, in which she oversaw the direction and service of the company’s Intelligence group. The group specializes in all-hazards global threat reporting and analysis for a broad range of clients, utilizing social media and open source data.
Prior to joining MSA Security, Ms. Eizenstat was one of the first civilian Intelligence Analysts hired for the New York City Police Department (NYPD) Counter Terrorism Bureau after 9/11. While at the NYPD, Ms. Eizenstat provided strategic and tactical analysis of the terrorist threat. She focused on prior and current terrorist attacks to determine terrorism tradecraft/modus operandi and any implications for New York City. Her research supported the numerous security training, critical infrastructure protection, and private sector outreach initiatives and assisted in legislative efforts.
Prior to the NYPD, Ms. Eizenstat worked at Kroll Inc., the Council on Foreign Relations, and as an Assignment Editor for the Cable News Network (CNN). She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Emory University and a Master’s in Public Administration from the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.
