MSA will be participating, alongside industry colleagues, in the International Stability Operations Association (ISOA) 10th Annual Summit from Tuesday, October 27th through Thursday, October 29th.
ISOA is a global partnership of private sector companies and nongovernmental organizations which provide critical services in fragile environments worldwide. The Annual Summit brings together over 300 industry experts, practitioners, and policy makers who will discuss and examine industry changes over the last decade, future policy trends, and strategic advice for what companies can do to develop and maintain their competitive edge.

The ISOA Annual Summit attracts former and current Senior US government leaders who will speak about contingency operations for the future. The Master of Ceremonies will be Ambassador David Litt, Executive Director of Center for Stabilization and Economic Reconstruction in Chapel Hill, NC. The dinner keynote address will be given by General Michael T. Flynn who will provide a Global View from experience in DIA Counter Terror and Special Operations. On Day 2 of the conference, Gerald will be introducing the Plenary Speaker, Mr. Gary Motsek, Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense (Program Support).
