On Tuesday, July 12th, the MSA Research & Intelligence Analysis Team presented an analysis to New York Metro InfraGard on the on the expansion of U.S. Drone Strikes to Somalia as well as the potential alliance between the Somalia-based al-Shabaab militant group and al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula. Intelligence Analysts Kaitlin Kindbergh and Brittany Dolan focused on how the potential alliance is particularly significant because it poses as great threat to the United States.
