Glen Kucera
Chief Executive Officer
Prior to joining the MSA team, Mr. Kucera held prominent positions at companies such as Paramount Building Solutions and Wagner International. He brings with him more than 30 years of experience having served in leadership and management roles.
Mr. Kucera served as President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Paramount Building Solutions. In that role, Mr. Kucera diversified the business model and substantially improved the Company's revenue and profitability. Prior to Paramount Building Solutions, Mr. Kucera spent time as CEO at Sasco, and President and CEO of Wagner International's Global Contractor Division. He began his career at KPMG and holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of North Dakota, and holds a certificate as a Certified Public Accountant.
