Peter Capizzi

Chief Human Resources Officer

Mr. Capizzi joined MSA Security in 2019 as Chief Human Resources officer following a 22 year tenure at Prudential Financial. He has extensive US and international experience, having led HR in Japan for 5 years, driving organizational and cultural transformation across large and complex lines of business. In his time at Prudential, most recently as the Vice President and Head of Human Resources for Corporate Centers, he drove impactful, large-scale change initiatives to build talent capability and deliver results. He has demonstrated success leading large staffing expansions across dispersed geographic areas, optimizing compensation and benefits plans, and developing crisis management programs. Mr. Capizzi holds a BA in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross.
