Large-scale demonstrations and counter-demonstrations relating to Israel and Palestine were reported in several cities across the United States and Europe over the past 24 hours. Police in Cambridge, Massachusetts arrested nine individuals during a demonstration at a defense contractor. In London, England, demonstrators gathered outside of the Foreign Office in Westminster, although no arrests or clashes were reported. In Birmingham, England, an individual tossed a box of flag-colored mice into a McDonalds location. Small-to-medium sized demonstrations are scheduled to occur through this week across the United States and Europe. Demonstrations will likely grow in both size and number over the weekend. Arrests, road closures, and clashes between demonstrators, counter-demonstrators, and police remain highly likely.

MSA Intel will continue to monitor the situation and provide relevant updates.
